Where We Started
Gramo needed to modernize to keep up with the evolving music industry. Without improvements, they risked increased costs due to manual work, low user engagement, limited growth potential, and difficulty complying with new regulations. This wasn’t just an upgrade — it was a necessity for the future.

The Challenge
Gramo distributes income to over 36,000 artists and creators, but faced several challenges: inactive users who rarely logged in, a high volume of manual tasks that strained customer service, poor visibility into earnings for users, and an outdated, hard-to-use system. At the same time, they had to meet strict regulatory requirements while striving for innovation.

Our Solution
We focused on four key areas. First, we automated and simplified key processes to reduce manual work, streamline payouts and reports, and give users better insight into where their money comes from. We then developed a new, user-friendly dashboard that brought all important information into one place. To improve communication, we introduced new ways for artists to engage with Gramo and added self-service features that significantly reduced the need for customer support. Lastly, we built the solution on future-ready technology, with a cleaner codebase for improved performance and scalability, and implemented compliance tools to ensure secure and regulation-compliant operations.
