In 2011, INVISO, a leading player in real estate marketing, spotted a major improvement potential in the industry. Although professional photos provided more attractive housing ads, many brokers found the service to be expensive, time-consuming and difficult to book. To make it easier and more profitable to use professional photography, INVISO needed a stable, scalable and easy-to-use platform that streamlined collaboration between photographers and brokers.

Where we started

INVISO, a leading player in real estate marketing, wanted to streamline the workflow between real estate agents and photographers. Their existing process was manual and unstructured, causing delays and creating barriers to further growth.

Our task was to build a stable, user-friendly, and scalable platform that would reduce manual work and improve collaboration between agents and photographers. The goal was to automate and streamline the entire process of ordering and delivering real estate photography.

Skalar led the way from concept to launch — handling design, development, architecture, implementation, and operations — with a strong focus on delivering a cost-efficient and future-proof solution.
